Your ultimate guide to wedding gift etiquette
It's that time of year again where our inboxes and mailboxes are full of beautifully designed wedding...
Tucked away down a winding drive meandering between manicured lawns, ponds and pavilions lies one of Cheshire's hidden treasures, Inglewood Manor. Nestled at the heart of 38 acres of grounds and gardens, this Edwardian country house retains all the charm and warmth of a luxurious period home. As a Grade II listed building it boasts generous spaces, exquisite interiors and many classical features from its historical heyday.
Outside, wisteria-clad walkways, neatly planted gardens, manicured lawns, pretty ponds and shimmering lakes all contribute to an unforgettable setting.
Inglewood Manor offers a selection of licensed rooms. The Ledsham Suite (80 ceremony, 40 reception guests) offers an intimate and relaxed environment with high ceilings and an ornamental fireplace. It conveniently connects to both the reception and lounge.
The Burton Suite (130 ceremony, 110 reception guests) is a contemporary event suite, designed to the highest specifications for the ultimate experience. It has its own private entrance and French doors opening onto the walled garden. This is also the venue's most popular spot for evening dos (150 guests), thanks to its large, open plan and access to the gorgeous grounds.
The Executive Suite (130 ceremony and reception guests) lies at the heart of the house and is a magnificent oak-panelled room with intricate carvings.
The Lounge overlooks the garden with doors leading out onto The Terrace. The latter is available for civil ceremonies al fresco (100 guests), with chairs leading onto the impressive portico. The former can be used in conjunction with the Executive Suite for larger wedding breakfasts and evening receptions.
From the ground floor to top floor, Inglewood Manor has 29 bespoke en-suite bedrooms, each individually designed and decorated, sharing the same luxurious feel. You and your guests will love staying here after the day's celebrations wind down.
